TradeCraft Field Launchpad
A modern SharePoint Online intranet acting as a single operational hub for a field-security organization, with dedicated portals for employees, management, and clients.
The challenge
The organization needed one secure place for field teams, managers, and clients to reach the resources relevant to each of them, without exposing information across groups. Files, briefings, and operational updates were scattered and hard to govern.
What I built
Designed a modern SharePoint Online communication site as the central launchpad, with a clear operational-intelligence theme and quick-access tiles.
Created separate Employee, Management, and Client/BID areas, each surfaced only to the right audience through SharePoint permissions and audience targeting.
Added an operational-status bar and bulletin feed so teams see readiness, incident queue, and announcements at a glance.
