A Power Apps computer-aided dispatch (CAD) and case-management app for logging incidents, searching and grading cases, running supervisor approvals, and generating exclusion notices.
The challenge
Field operatives and supervisors needed a fast, mobile-friendly way to log incidents, track their status, and manage cases from intake through resolution — replacing manual, paper-based reporting.
What I built
Built a Power Apps interface with a command centre, new-incident intake, and a live CAD search that filters results as you type.
Added incident grading, status tracking, and a supervisor review workflow so every case is triaged and approved consistently.
Connected the app to SharePoint and Power Automate to generate exclusion-notice documents and keep records in sync.
