The challenge
Manual approvals and score updates were slow and error-prone. The client needed reliable automation to route approvals and keep SharePoint data accurate without manual effort.
What I built
Built Power Automate flows triggered when items are created, initializing variables and processing attachments.
Added start-and-wait approval steps with conditional branches that update the right SharePoint list item on approve or reject.
Wired notifications through Microsoft Teams and Outlook so the right people are informed at each stage.
