The challenge
Employees struggled to find current policies, SOPs, and training materials. The client wanted a single, well-structured area that also made incident reporting effortless from the field.
What I built
Structured document libraries by category — Policies & Compliance, SOPs, Training & Development, Health & Safety, and Operational Briefings.
Added quick-access resource links and clear navigation so staff reach what they need in a couple of clicks.
Embedded a one-click link to a Microsoft Forms field incident report for fast, consistent submissions.
