The challenge
The holding company operates distinct businesses — hospice solutions and transportation — and needed a shared corporate home that kept group-wide resources in one place while giving each subsidiary its own space.
What I built
Designed a communication-site home with the group's subsidiary brands front and centre and a clear 'Key Resources' layer for Compliance & Governance, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, and Templates & Forms.
Set up dedicated Legal and Dispatch areas in the site navigation for the functions that need their own working space.
Added an Announcements & Leadership Updates feed so group leadership can publish to everyone from one place.
